In the first procedural phase, at least the basic conditions of determining asylum status with regard to the Dublin Convention and the safe country regulations are checked and, in all Member States, this is related to obligatory placements in accommodation; while in other Member States, there is only an obligation to contact the institution responsible for asylum procedures regularly.
