The EMN yearly produces Publications whose topics are selected according to the proposals made by an EMN NCP(s) and/or the European Commission and are based on their relevance to Member States and the Commission policy development. It is the role of the Steering Board to formally approve the selection of topics within the context of an annual EMN Work Programme.
