The second edition of the Forum on Migration organized by the apposite commission of the Municipality of Campi Bisenzio, ARCI and Emergency of Florence, offers a reflection over the positives and negatives of the migratory phenomenon, which is structural within the Italian society and cannot be denied or considered an emergency. In this Forum, values and aspirations of people who live in our country in order to have a better future are compared with actions and evidences, for a continuing development of a socially aware and cohesive society. The EMN intervention in this Forum was focused on the analysis of immigrants’ labour market in Italy, job opportunities and a constantly increasing need of highly qualified workers.
